My review Lecron: If you lose the eggplant parmigiana - Well, now you can eat again. This is not a quick fix for the food industry, but if you find time to manage, you will be rewarded. Serve with garlic bread or rolls great surprise.

ingredients.
2 medium eggplant, peeled (about 18 oz)
4 ounces of whole milk mozzarella cheese, grated
5 ounces grated Parmesan cheese 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese, no
6 (or very thinly sliced) Tablesps Pulp
1 tomato ½ cup dry white wine
# ½ cup water salt to taste black pepper
# to 2 eggs, ¾ cup bread crumbs ½
whisked teaspoon taste powder garlic ¼ cup olive oil or coconut oil (more if needed)
Tablesps 4 cup butter (half stick), (optional)
butter or oil on the baking pan or on 1 February quart casserole. Cut eggplant into ½ cm thick. (Read about eggplant on page 220) to create and cheese available. Toss pasta with tomato sauce, wine and water, and mix until a smooth sauce (you can do it in the blender). Season with salt and pepper.
